If you use a specific CHFI service or business, you are subject to the guidelines, contracts, agreements, and terms and conditions (“Agreements”) for such service. If these Terms are inconsistent with those Agreements, the Agreements will control.

Applicable Law and Disputes
You agree that the laws of the state of California, United States, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions will govern these Terms and any dispute that may arise between you and CHFI or its affiliates. You agree that any dispute arising from this Website or CHFI’s services shall be brought in the appropriate federal or state court in Orange County, California, United States regardless of whether you are located inside or outside the United States. If any legal action is necessary to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees in addition to any other relief to which that party may be entitled. If any provision of these Terms shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
